SOBREMESA Drinks is a multidisciplinary enterprise creating terroir-driven farmhouse beers and natural ciders as well as growing organic soft fruits to flavour the drinks. They started their cider adventure in 2021 and pressed their first batch at Lower Porthamel in 2022. In January 2022 they planted one acre of organic soft fruits at Racquety Farm, Hay-on-Wye. Their beer journey actually started ten years ago, and has taken them from Wales to Spain and back again, bringing together the best of both worlds.
