Cryo Pop is a blend that we’ve used sparingly across our history here at Polly’s, but for no other reason than it being a variety so difficult to get our hands on previously. Formerly known as trial blend TRI2304CR, this supercharged melding of technology unique to our hop merchant Yakima Chief really showcases why they’re one of the world leaders in the latest techniques, tricks, and advancements that make brewing beer so exciting in the modern day. Equipped with full gusto on Replicant Dreams and backed up with a cornerstone hop from our brewing journey in Citra, this pale ale bursts with daquiri-like notes, with juicy peach, pineapple and stonefruit to boot.
