This a beer that's been on our minds for a while. The brief was to make a beer that is as thick, juicy and hoppy as our DDH hazy pales but much lower in ABV. We started by adding a few extra speciality malts into the base to help with the body and mouthfeel before going for full hop saturation with a big dose of Nelson Sauvin in the whirlpool followed the DDH treatment with more Nelson Sauvin, Strata and finally Motueka Hop Kief.
