All distilled and made in North Wales, bottled, labelled, sealed and written by hand.. The Welsh music on the rear of these bottles include a tune written by a vet about her dog, one by a basket maker in honour of shire horses and one by Vera Van Heeringen who is currently on tour.
The Classic Merywen taste is given a springtime kick with the refreshing flavours of rhubarb and ginger, and an exotic hint of hibiscus.

North Star Distillery North Star - Fine spirits inspired, foraged and hand-crafted in rural North Wales. We hand-craft fine spirits in extremely small batches of less than 30 bottles, using local ingredients and culture for our flavours and inspiration. We distil using superb Welsh water from the foothills of Snowdonia, and include freshly picked botanicals from hedgerows and gardens, allowing us the opportunity to authentically bottle something of the taste and character of the land.
