A small batch distilled gin made using a native Anglesey apple variety called Anglesey Pig Snout Apple (Trwyn Mochyn Môn) that dates as far back as the 1600's!
A clean tasting gin with plenty of juniper, the apple shines through with notes of elderflower in every taste.

Our aim is to create genuine premium craft distilled spirits using as much produce from Anglesey as we can.
