We've been big fans of the 'smoothie' style sour beers for a long time now and have been waiting for an opportunity to brew one ourselves, and here it is!
We started by brewing up a beautifully fruity sour beer base before blending it with 160L of fruit puree and a little vanilla to smooth things out. We are so pleased with the result and it's exactly what it says on the tin, part fruit smoothie, part beer, and most importantly DELICIOUS!
