Silver Circle Distillery Catbrook Honey Gin 40% ABV 50cl
Catbrook Honey Gin is an incredibly smooth spirit, rich in honey flavour without being overly sweet. At 40% ABV it's a proper gin, great in a G&T or classic gin cocktail and also delicious neat or on the rocks.
The honey, supplied by our friends at Wye Valley Meadery, is both blended and distilled along with black pepper and cardamom resulting in a rich warm honey flavour with spicy notes and a luxurious texture.
Catbrook Honey Gin was launched at Abergavenny Food Festival in 2019.
