Now owned by the Waters family and led by our Head Brewer Scott Bertram, the brewery is going from strength to strength, with big things to come over the coming years!

In February 2022 we moved the brewery from our small unit in Penperlleni in to a larger, more dynamic space in the heart of Cardiff city centre. The move enables us to brew in larger quantities, and with the aid of some brand new equipment, hone in on our brewing processes to drive the quality of our beers forward!
