Golden Gate is a 'California Common' style beer: a hybrid that uses lager (bottom-fermenting) yeast but is fermented at higher ale temperatures.
Dry-hopping enhances aromas of wood and mint against the caramel flavours. It’s complex for a lager but more subtle than an ale; a delicious and unique hybrid.
